Eight months ago today I jumped on a big metal bird bound for London. This photo, completely irrelevant is from this time last year.

This is from my blog dedicated to the images I have taken with my Nikon 35mm SLR. I’d be stoked if you could check it out and click +Follow if you like what you see.
Met this guy in Nazare.
I’m a 22 year old Australian Primary School Teacher currently living in London. I’ve been shooting mainly surf and ocean based imagery since the Winter of 2011. Since moving to London I have been pushed in a more portrait, travel and lifestyle direction (the ocean still being an ongoing theme). I have recently upgraded to a Canon 5d3 from a 7D and mainly use 35 and 300mm prime lenses.
There is nothing I enjoy more then immersing myself within the ocean to capture the mood and unpredictable nature that is all too often provided. I want my photos to look nice, tell a story and convey the wonderful experience that I have gone through to produce each image.

- blakeparkerphoto said:Hey man. Firstly, I would like to say you're a massive inspiration. I love chasing waves and the adventure associated with cold water waves! Do you ever shoot film. If so, what is your film of choice? Thanks, Blake. Would be stoked if you could check out my work!
Thanks for writing! I used to shoot film all the time but now I don’t really. Used to shoot a lot of TMAX film
